Itinerary

The Yellow Line tour kicks off in the vibrant capital of Spain, Madrid, where you'll begin by passing the stunning Cibeles Fountain, a symbol of the city’s strength and grandeur. As you explore further, you’ll visit the iconic Plaza Mayor, a historic square once used for markets, bullfights, and public executions, now a lively spot filled with cafes and restaurants. From there, head to the Royal Palace of Madrid, a majestic Baroque building that once served as the official residence of the Spanish Royal Family. With over 3,000 rooms, it’s a sight to behold, showcasing Spain’s imperial history and architectural brilliance. A visit to Puerta del Sol follows, a public square marking the center of Madrid and Spain’s radial road network, where the "Km 0" marker is located. After a full day of exploration in Madrid, the tour continues with a scenic drive to Zaragoza, where you will visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, one of Spain’s most important pilgrimage sites. This magnificent basilica is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and is reputed to be the first church ever dedicated to her. Royal Palace of Madrid (without guide) – €14
On your first day, you have the option to visit the Royal Palace of Madrid, the official residence of the Spanish royal family, which showcases the grandeur of Spain’s former empire. The Palace is a magnificent example of 18th-century architecture, and inside, you’ll see stunning rooms with lavish furnishings and impressive art collections. You can visit between 11:00-11:30 AM. If you opt not to visit, you’ll have more free time to explore Madrid’s surrounding areas at your leisure.

In the morning, you'll depart for Barcelona, Spain’s enchanting coastal city known for its artistic spirit and vibrant energy. Upon arrival, the first stop is the Columbus Monument, which commemorates the great explorer and stands at the foot of Las Ramblas, a lively avenue filled with street performers and vendors. Next, you’ll visit the awe-inspiring Sagrada Família, a masterpiece by architect Antoni Gaudí. This unfinished basilica, with its elaborate facades and whimsical, nature-inspired interiors, stands as a testament to Gaudí’s unique vision. Afterward, take a photo stop at Camp Nou, home of FC Barcelona, where football fans can soak in the grandeur of one of the most famous stadiums in the world. After breakfast, you will depart Barcelona for Valencia, Spain’s third-largest city, known for its unique blend of Moorish influence, vibrant culture, and modernist architecture. Upon arrival, you’ll visit Modernisme Plaza near the City Hall, a grand example of Valencia's early 20th-century architectural style. Explore the Ancient City Gates and the Valencia Cathedral, home to what is claimed to be the true Holy Grail, a revered relic believed to have been used by Christ during the Last Supper. You'll then stop for a photo op at Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a futuristic complex designed by Santiago Calatrava, featuring striking structures like the Hemisférico, an IMAX cinema, and the Oceanogràfic, Europe’s largest aquarium. As you wander through the town, you’ll encounter charming whitewashed houses, romantic squares, and the famous Plaza de Toros, Spain’s oldest bullring. The tour then continues to Seville, the capital of Andalusia and a city steeped in history and culture.
