Itinerary
Upon arrival at Islamabad International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and taken to your hotel accommodation. Spend the rest of the time acclimatizing and relaxing after the trip. You can explore the surroundings or relax at the hotel. Overnight in Islamabad.
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic flight to Skardu, which offers stunning views of the Karakoram Range and the Himalaya Range. On arrival, visit Lower Kachura Lake (Shangrila Resort), a beautiful lake surrounded by lush green landscape, and Upper Kachura Lake, a tranquil location offering optional boating activities. Lunch will be served at Tibet Motel, a favorite local eatery. After that, you are free to relax at the hotel. Overnight in Skardu.
Start the day with a visit to the Sarfaranga Desert, a unique desert landscape with optional activities such as desert safari, motor skiing or ATV riding for an adrenaline filled experience. Next, to Shigar Valley to explore Shigar Fort, a historic fort with a stunning view of the valley. Lunch will be provided at Shigar Serena Hotel, famous for its traditional cuisine. Return to Skardu and visit the Skardu Bazaar, a great place to buy local handicrafts and souvenirs. Overnight in Skardu.
After breakfast, depart from Skardu towards the Hunza Valley on an enchanting journey. Stop at Gilgit for lunch and enjoy the beautiful scenery at Rakaposhi Viewpoint, which offers a stunning vista of Mount Rakaposhi. Upon arrival in Hunza, spend free time exploring Bazaar Karimabad, a lively market with local goods and handicrafts. Dinner features Pizza Hunza, a unique local dish. Overnight at Hunza.
Visit the Altit Fort, an ancient fort located above the Hunza Valley, offering breathtaking views. Next, to Hopar Valley and stop at Hopar Glacier View and explore the surrounding villages. Then, head to Attabad Lake, a beautiful lake formed by a landslide in 2010. Enjoy a relaxing time at the lake resort. Overnight at Attabad.
Depart for Passu, with a stop at Attabad Lake Viewpoint for a scenic view. Visit the Hussaini Suspension Bridge, one of the most challenging bridges in the world, and try optional activities such as zip-lining or sky cycling. Next, to Passu Glacier View to admire the natural beauty. Return to the resort in Attabad for a relaxing time. Overnight at Attabad.
Choose between two routes:
Besham Route: Travel with a lunch stop at Shangrila Chilas and scenic views at Sumar Nallah and Ibex Rest Area, offering stunning mountain views.
Naran Route (Seasonal): Stop at Nanga Parbat View to see Mount Nanga Parbat, the 9th highest mountain in the world, and go through the Babusar Route, a mountain pass at an altitude of 4,173 meters. Lunch at New Moon Babusar Restaurant.
Overnight at Besham or Naran, depending on the route chosen.
Travel back to Islamabad, with a stop at the Taxila Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site displaying the ancient remains of the City of Taxila and archaeological artefacts. Lunch at a local restaurant in Taxila, followed by a return trip to Islamabad. Overnight in Islamabad.
Enjoy a city tour in Islamabad, starting with the Faisal Mosque, one of the world's largest mosques located at the foot of Margalla Hill. Then, visit Centaurus Mall, a modern shopping and entertainment complex. Next, to the F-6 Souvenir Market for local crafts, followed by a visit to the Pakistan Monument, a symbol of the country's heritage. Dinner will be served at TKR Restaurant, famous for its local and international dishes. After that, transfer to Islamabad Airport for return flight.
Say goodbye to Pakistan and depart home with fond memories of stunning landscapes and rich cultural experiences.
