Assemble 4 hours before departure and travel to Istanbul. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, you'll be welcomed by ESG and transferred to a hotel in Bolu. A dinner stop will be made at a local restaurant en route. Overnight stay at Grand Koroglu, Elifim Resort, or a similar hotel in Bolu City. If the flight arrives early, an overnight stay in Ankara may be arranged instead to save time for visiting Erciyes Mountain.

After an early breakfast, depart for Ankara to visit Anitkabir, the Tomb of Ataturk. Then, continue the journey to Cappadocia, with a lunch break and a stop at Salt Lake along the way. Dinner and overnight stay in Cappadocia.

Following breakfast, enjoy a full-day tour in Cappadocia, including visits to a Jewellery Shop, Goreme Valley, Uchisar Castle, and a Pottery Shop. After lunch, visit Kayasehir Underground City and Fairy Chimneys. Dinner and overnight stay in Cappadocia. Optional tours include a Hot Air Balloon Ride, Jeep Safari, or a Turkish Night Sema Show.

After breakfast, visit a Carpet Shop before departing for Konya via Sultanhan Caravansarai. In Konya, visit Mevlana and have lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Pamukkale for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, visit a Textile Shop and explore the Hierapolis Ruins and Cotton Castle in Pamukkale, where you can enjoy the thermal water small pools. Continue to Selcuk to visit a Leather Shop, watch a Moda Show, and see the Isabey Mosque and Artemis Temple. Then, travel to Kusadasi for dinner and overnight stay. Optional activities include a Hot Air Balloon Ride at Pamukkale or a Paragliding Tour.

After breakfast, depart for Bursa and visit Turkish Sweet Shops in Munira. After lunch, enjoy a Bursa Tour including visits to the Green Mosque, Green Tomb, Grand Mosque, and Silk Bazaar. Dinner and overnight stay in Bursa. Optional tour includes a visit to Uludag National Park & Ski Resort, with a round-trip cable car ride.

After breakfast, depart for Istanbul. In Istanbul, visit the Camlica Mosque, take a Bosphorus Cruise, and have lunch at a fish restaurant. Explore Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight stay in Istanbul.

After breakfast, check out and enjoy a full-day Istanbul Old City Tour, visiting the Topkapi Palace (first courtyard), Ayasofya Mosque, Blue Mosque, and Hippodrome. Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by shopping at the Grand Bazaar. Transfer to SAW (or IST) airport at 16:00.
