Itinerary
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Fly from Delhi to Srinagar. Upon arrival, transfer to Deluxe Houseboats and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, visit Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh, and the Hazratbal Shrine, all located on the banks of Dal Lake, with views of the Zabarwan Mountains. Visit a carpet-weaving factory on the way back. Dinner and overnight stay in the houseboats.
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam (the Valley of Shepherds), a 96 km drive taking approximately 2.5 hours. En route, see saffron fields, picturesque countryside, and rice fields, and pass through a pine forest. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel, then enjoy a tour of ABC Valley by local vehicle. Capture stunning views of the mountains. In the evening, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay in the houseboats.
Take a full-day trip to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers), located 60 km away, at an altitude of 2730 meters. Gulmarg is known for its ski slopes and the highest golf course in the world. If the weather is clear, you can view Nanga Parbat. The scenic journey from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is breathtaking. After lunch, ride the Gandola Cable Car to Khilanmarg. Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight stay in the houseboats.
Visit the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, early in the morning before breakfast to avoid crowds and enjoy favorable weather. This magnificent white marble monument was built by Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Afterward, enjoy shopping in Agra before heading to Delhi (200 km, approximately 2.5 hours). In Delhi, visit the Sarojini Nagar Market for some shopping, then transfer to the international airport for your flight to Kuala Lumpur.
