Itinerary
Participants gather at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) four hours before departure to board a flight to Warsaw via Qatar Airways or an equivalent airline. Upon arrival at Warsaww International Airport, participants are greeted by a tour guide and taken for a three-hour guided tour of the city of Warsaw (no entrance fee). Participants have free time for lunch (at own expense). Next, participants will be sent to the hotel for check-in and overnight in Warsaw.
After breakfast at the hotel, participants depart for Bialystok, a city known for its Eastern Polish architectural and cultural heritage. In Bialystok, participants will take a two-hour guided tour (no entrance fee) to explore the city center, historic streets, and enjoy the local atmosphere. Lunch is provided in Bialystok before the journey continues to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. On arrival in Vilnius, participants check into the hotel and enjoy the first night in the city rich in baroque architecture and historic alleys, while preparing to explore more attractions the next day.
Breakfast at the hotel followed by a trip to Trakai, a historic town famous for Istana Pulau Trakai (Trakai Island Castle), a landmark built on an island in the middle of a beautiful lake. Participants will enjoy a guided tour including the entrance fee to the castle, while learning the history of Lithuania and the legendary stories associated with the castle. Lunch is provided in Trakai before returning to Vilnius for a guided walking tour of Vilnius old town (no entrance fee), including viewing Vilnius Cathedral, Gediminas Tower, and charming old stone alleyways. Participants spend the night in Vilnius.
After breakfast, participants depart for Riga, the capital of Latvia. On the way, participants will stop at Istana Rundale (Rundale Palace), a beautiful baroque palace with extensive gardens and lavishly decorated rooms. Participants will enjoy a guided tour including the entrance fee to the palace and take the opportunity to take photos around the gardens and palace architecture. Lunch is provided in Rundale before continuing to Riga. Upon arrival in Riga, participants check in to the hotel and spend the night in Riga.
Breakfast at the hotel followed by a guided walking tour of downtown Riga, the capital of Latvia known for its Art Nouveau architecture and rich historical heritage. Participants will pass through the House of the Blackheads, Riga Cathedral, and the historic area of the Old Town. This tour allows participants to understand the history and culture of Latvia, as well as enjoy the beauty of the well-preserved old buildings. Lunch is provided in Riga, followed by free time in the afternoon to shop or explore the city as the participants prefer. Overnight in Riga.
Breakfast at the hotel before departure to Sigulda, a stunning natural area in Latvia. Participants will follow a guided tour in Gauja National Park, an area of forests and valleys known for its stunning natural scenery. Participants will also visit Turaida Castle (Turaida Castle), an ancient castle that displays the history of defense and the life of Latvian people in the past. Next, participants will travel to Kadriorg Art Museum in Estonia for a guided tour including entrance fee, while viewing a collection of classical European art and Estonian art. After that, the participants left for Tallinn and checked into the hotel for the night.
Breakfast at a hotel in Tallinn before joining a 3-hour guided tour of the city of Tallinn (no entrance fee). Participants will explore Tallinn Old Town, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and charming historical areas, while listening to explanations of Estonian history and German and Russian cultural influences. After lunch in Tallinn, participants will move to the port to board the ferry to Helsinki, the capital of Finland. Upon arrival in Helsinki, participants check in to the hotel and spend the night.
After breakfast, participants will embark on a 2-hour guided tour of Helsinki, including Helsinki Cathedral, Senate Square, and the beautiful waterfront. Then, the participants left for Porvoo, an old town famous for its colorful wooden houses by the river. In Porvoo, participants take an orientation walking tour with a tour leader, while enjoying the unique atmosphere of the city and learning about local history and culture. Participants then return to Helsinki for the night.
Breakfast at the hotel and free time for your own activities such as souvenir shopping or sightseeing around the hotel before departure to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport for your flight back to Kuala Lumpur.
Participants arrived at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) with wonderful memories from a 10-day 9-night adventure through historic cities, majestic palaces, natural parks, and the unique culture of the Baltic countries and Finland.
