Itinerary
Begin with an airport transfer to your hotel in Bishkek for early check-in and breakfast. Visit Ala-Archa National Park to explore lush valleys, alpine meadows, and the Ala-Archa River. Return for lunch and a city tour featuring Ala-Too Square, White House, Parliament House, Manas Statue, and Lenin Statue. Enjoy dinner and overnight at your Bishkek hotel.
After breakfast, depart for Don-Aryk Village to experience Kyrgyz National Horse Games, including Ulak-Tartysh. Enjoy a traditional Besh-Barmak lunch with a local family. Visit Burana Tower, an 11th-century minaret offering panoramic views of Chuy Valley and explore ancient balbals statues. Continue to Chon-Kemin Valley for a tranquil stay, with options for a village walk or whitewater rafting. Dinner and overnight in Chon-Kemin.
After breakfast, travel along the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake, the world's second-largest mountain lake. Stop at Cholpon-Ata for a 1-hour boat ride on the lake's pristine waters. Visit the Petroglyph Museum, featuring ancient stone carvings from 800 B.C. Explore Grigoriev Gorge, with its turquoise lakes nestled amidst scenic mountains. Arrive in Tepke Village for dinner and an overnight stay.
Travel to Altyn-Arashan Valley, known as "Golden Springs" for its natural sulfur hot springs. Spend the morning relaxing or hiking in the valley, surrounded by majestic mountains. After lunch, return to Karakol for free time and dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Karakol.
Visit Skazka Canyon (Fairy Tale Canyon) with its wind-carved rock formations resembling mythical shapes. Stop at Kyzyl-Tuu Village for a yurt-making demonstration, assisting local masters in building a traditional Kyrgyz yurt. Continue to Kochkor Village, known for its preserved ancient customs and handicrafts. Observe the making of shyrdak felt carpets and explore local craftsmanship. Dinner and overnight at Kochkor Village.
Depart for Naryn City, passing through scenic landscapes. Enjoy lunch at Char Hotel and spend the afternoon exploring the area or taking optional radial hikes. Dinner and overnight at Char Gorge.
Drive to Kel-Suu Lake, a remote mountain lake near the Chinese border, situated at 3,500 meters. The lake fills a narrow gorge, creating a surreal and mysterious atmosphere. Due to unpredictable roads, Jeeps will be used for the journey, or horses may be an option depending on conditions. Camp near the lake or stay in a local family’s yurt.
Spend the morning hiking around Kel-Suu Lake and enjoying its breathtaking views. After a picnic lunch en route, transfer to the Tash-Rabat Caravanserai, a 15th-century stone structure that once hosted Silk Road traders. Explore the area with a short hike offering panoramic valley views. Dinner and overnight at Tash-Rabat Caravanserai.
Travel to Song-Kul Lake, a stunning alpine lake at 3,016 meters. Experience the nomadic lifestyle, interact with herders, and enjoy optional horse rides. Savor traditional kymyz (fermented mare’s milk) and immerse yourself in stargazing under crystal-clear skies. Overnight in Song-Kul Lake yurts.
Spend the morning at Song-Kul Lake, soaking in its serene beauty, before departing for Bishkek. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight in Bishkek.
After enjoying a breakfast box, transfer to the airport for your departure flight. End of service.
