Itinerary
Arrive at Ho Chi Minh International Airport and meet your tour representative. Begin a city tour visiting the War Museum, Post Office, Book Street, Opera House, and City Hall, with a prayer stop at a mosque. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and shop for kain, telekung, and more at wholesale shops. Check in to the hotel, have dinner, and explore Malaysian Street for more shopping. Optional: Saigon by Night Cruise. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
After breakfast, depart for the Mekong River. Take a boat ride, visit a coconut candy workshop and a bee farm, and taste local honey tea. Ride a horse cart or electric car to a fruit farm, enjoy fresh fruits with traditional music, and ride a sampan along peaceful canals. Have lunch at a mosque in Mekong before returning to Ho Chi Minh for more shopping at wholesale outlets. Dinner at a local restaurant and free time at Malaysian Street. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
After breakfast, travel to Cu Chi Tunnels. Walk through the jungle to explore battlefield remnants, secret entrances, tanks, and traps from the Vietnam War. Visit a rice paper workshop and experience the life underground in the tunnels. Try the shooting range and taste guerilla warrior food. Return to Ho Chi Minh for lunch and shop at Ben Thanh Market. Have dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your departure flight. End your journey with unforgettable memories of Ho Chi Minh.
