4H3M PADI Open Water - Beginner (Tioman Dive Resort)

Arrive at Tioman Island via the morning ferry and check in at the accommodation. The course starts with a brief theoretical assessment to understand the basic principles of diving. Participants will then follow a diving equipment briefing, before undergoing the first dive session in confined water (pool or beach), where basic diving skills such as buoyancy control and underwater communication will be practiced.

The day begins with two diving sessions in confined water, providing an opportunity to solidify basic diving techniques, including buoyancy control, underwater communication and safety protocols. These activities help participants build confidence while enjoying a calm training environment.

Participants continue with two additional diving sessions in confined water, where skills such as underwater navigation will be practiced and preparations for open sea diving are made. This day ensures participants are fully prepared to explore the marine beauty of Pulau Tioman.

The final day includes two open sea diving sessions from a boat, where participants can apply all the skills they have learned while enjoying the beauty of Tioman Island's coral reefs and marine biodiversity. After completing the diving session, participants will receive PADI Open Water Diver certification before departing home on the afternoon ferry.

Note: Course duration can change according to individual development. Additional training days are available at a rate of MYR 300.00 per day if required.
