9D8N Gansu & Qinghai Muslim-Friendly Cultural Tour(China)

The journey begins with a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Kunming before continuing to Lanzhou. Upon arrival in Lanzhou, participants will be welcomed and taken on a bus for a journey of around 70KM (approx. 1 hour).

The tour begins by visiting the Lanzhou Xiguan Mosque, followed by the Yellow River Iron Bridge which is a historical landmark of the city, as well as the Waterwheel Park which is famous for its traditional waterwheels along the Yellow River.

Lunch will be served with a special dish of Lanzhou Beef Noodles, while having dinner at Asia Restaurant.

Participants will spend the night at Gansu International Hotel or an equivalent hotel (4★, Muslim-friendly).

After breakfast at the hotel, the journey continues to Yongjing (80KM, 2 hours) and then to Linxia (60KM, 1.5 hours).

Along the journey, participants will enjoy the view of the meeting between Sungai Kuning and Sungai Tao, as well as passing through Liujiaxia Bridge. Upon arrival in Linxia, the tour continues to Gongbei Complex and Nanguan Mosque.

Participants will also be taken to the Eight Squares & Thirteen Alleys cultural area, which displays local architectural and cultural heritage.

Lunch at Ersa Restaurant with Northwestern Chinese cuisine, and dinner with hotpot.

Accommodation at Baishun Zhongtian Hotel or equivalent (4★, Muslim-friendly).

After breakfast, participants will move to Guanghe (50KM, 1 hour).

The tour starts with a visit to Gongbei Morning Market, followed by Guanghe Mosque. Today's special program is a cultural experience with local villagers.

Participants have the opportunity to participate in activities such as cooking using clay pots, making traditional cakes such as Mahua, producing handmade bread and participating in seasonal agricultural activities.

Lunch will be provided at a local village house, while dinner will be at Linxia Night Market.

Overnight at Baishun Zhongtian Hotel or equivalent. (4★).

After breakfast, the journey continues to Xunhua (130KM, 2 hours) before going to Xining (170KM, 3 hours).

The visit includes the Camel Spring, Imam Mosque, and the Quran Culture Museum which displays the history and culture of Islam in this region.

Lunch with Salar ethnic dishes, while dinner with a special meat menu yes.

Accommodation at Xining Sapphire Hotel or equivalent (5★ standard).

After breakfast, participants will be taken to visit the Dongguan Grand Mosque before continuing to Qinghai Lake (320KM, approximately 7 hours round trip).

At Qinghai Lake, participants will visit the Erlangjian Scenic Area including shuttle facilities provided.

Lunch with local Qinghai dishes and dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight at Xining Sapphire Hotel or equivalent (5★).

After breakfast, a long journey of 380KM (6 hours) to Zhangye.

Along the way, participants will enjoy the beautiful views of the Qilian Mountain Grasslands and stop at the Biandukou Scenic Area.

Upon arrival in Zhangye, the tour continues to the Zhangye Mosque and the main attraction Zhangye Rainbow Danxia, including admission and shuttle.

Lunch with Big Plate Chicken near the mosque, and dinner at Silk Road Restaurant.

Accommodation at Fuladen Hot Spring Hotel / YinZun International Hotel or equivalent (4★).

After breakfast, the journey continues to Jiayuguan for a distance of 250KM (3 hours).

The tour includes the Jiayuguan Mosque and Jiayuguan Pass, namely the famous fortifications on the Great Wall of China, including shuttle facilities.

BBQ lunch and halal hotpot dinner.

Accommodation at Far East Hualun Hotel or equivalent (4★)

Today's journey involves a long distance through Guazhou to Dunhuang.

The visit includes the iconic Son of the Earth Sculpture and Boundless Sculpture. Upon arrival in Dunhuang, participants will visit the Dunhuang Mosque and Shazhou Ancient City.

Then, participants will enjoy the experience at Mingsha Mountain & Crescent Lake, including camel riding activities and the use of shoe covers.

Participants can also choose additional activities such as the Silk Road Music Show (Le Dong Dunhuang) or desert entertainment package.

Lunch at Dunlaishun Restaurant, while dinner at Shazhou Night Market for RMB50 per person.

Accommodation at Dunhuang Jinye Hotel or equivalent (4★)

After breakfast, participants will depart for the airport for a flight to Lanzhou (240KM, 4 hours journey).

Flight options include MU9977 or G54445. Before returning home, participants will stop for shopping at Kyoto Shopping Mall (New District).

Have lunch with Jingyuan Lamb before continuing the flight back to Kuala Lumpur.
