Itinerary
Gather at KLIA four hours before flight time for check-in and travel briefing. Depart for Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina to start your Balkan adventure.
On arrival at Sarajevo Airport, the tour begins in the area of Old Town Baščaršija, a historic trading center dating back to the Ottoman era. Here, we will visit the Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque which was built in 1530 as well as enjoy the atmosphere of traditional shops selling a variety of local goods and food. The tour continues to the Latin Bridge, an important location that sparked the First World War. Stop for lunch and prayer before dinner and hotel check-in in Sarajevo.
After breakfast and check out, depart for Travnik, a small town known for its historic fortress and classic Bosnian architecture. Stop at Plava Voda, a beautiful and quiet spring area. On the way to Jajce, we will visit the Masjid Malaysia, a symbol of the appreciation of the Bosnian people to Malaysia. After lunch, the tour continues to the breathtaking Pliva Waterfall and Lake Pliva famous for its traditional wooden waterwheel. The journey continues to Bihac for dinner and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast and check out, depart for Dubrovnik, Croatia known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic” and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Tours include the Rector's Palace, Clock Tower, Orlando's Column as well as the Franciscan Monastery which houses the oldest pharmacy still operating since the 14th century. Then the journey continues to Budva, Montenegro for dinner and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast and check out, travel to Livno to visit Duman Spring, Clock Tower and Glavica Mosque which reflect traditional Bosnian architecture. After lunch and prayer, the tour continues to the historic village of Počitelj, which dates back to the Ottoman era, including a visit to the Počitelj fortress. The journey continues to Mostar for hotel check-in and rest.
After breakfast, the tour begins in Mostar with a visit to the historic Mostar Bridge (Stari Most) and the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque. Next to Blagaj to see the beauty of Spring of Buna and the house of Sufis (Blagaj Tekija) which is unique by the river. Stop in Jablanica to enjoy a meal of golek lamb before returning to Sarajevo. The tour continues to Tunnel of Hope Museum and Vrelo Bosne (Spring of Bosna) before hotel check-in, dinner and rest.
Breakfast and hotel check-out before being transferred to Sarajevo Airport for the return flight to Kuala Lumpur.
