11H9M Silk Road Muslim Tour (Xian in & out)

On arrival at Xi'an Airport at 22:15 pm, participants will be greeted by a local representative and directly taken to a hotel near the airport for check-in and rest.

After breakfast at the hotel, participants will board a domestic flight to Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang. Upon arrival, the tour begins at the Xinjiang Regional Museum (closed every Monday) to understand ethnic history and culture, followed by a visit to the International Grand Bazaar, a famous market for halal products and Uighur culture. Lunch and dinner at a local halal restaurant. Overnight at Urumqi HanTang Hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, participants will be taken to Heavenly Lake (Tian Chi) including a shuttle bus, electric car and cruise boat ride to enjoy the beautiful view of the alpine lake with the backdrop of Tianshan Mountain. Lunch and dinner at a local halal restaurant. Overnight at Urumqi HanTang Hotel.

After breakfast, travel overland to Turpan, a famous oasis in Xinjiang. Tours include TuYu Valley, Flaming Mountain, and the ancient irrigation system Karez Wells. Participants will also visit a local Uighur family to get to know the culture and life of the Muslim community here. Lunch and dinner at a local halal restaurant. Overnight at Turpan Shuang Cheng Hotel.

After breakfast, participants board the Bullet Train to Dunhuang (Liuyuan). Upon arrival, a visit to the Singing Sand Dunes includes camel riding, followed by Crescent Moon Spring. Participants also prayed at the Dunhuang Mosque and visited the Shazhou Night Market at night. Lunch and dinner at a local halal restaurant. Overnight at Dunhuang Jinghua Hotel.

After breakfast, depart for Jiayuguan, the west entrance of the Great Wall of China. Visit the Jiayuguan Pass and the Overhanging Great Wall. Participants will also pray at the Jiayuguan Mosque. Lunch and dinner at a local halal restaurant. Overnight at Jiayuguan Hotel.

After breakfast, travel to Lanzhou with a stop at Wuwei City to visit LeiTai Han Tomb. Upon arrival in Lanzhou, visit Waterwheel Park, Yellow River Mother Statue, and Zhongshan Bridge. Shop at Nanguan Flavor Street and pray at Nanguan Mosque. Lunch and dinner at a local halal restaurant. Overnight at Holiday Inn Express Zhengning.

After breakfast, take the second class Bullet Train to Xi’an. Visit the Xi’an City Wall and Muslim Street, and pray at the Xi’an Grand Mosque. Lunch and dinner at a local halal restaurant. Overnight at Holiday Inn Express Xi’an.

After breakfast at the hotel, a visit to the Terracotta Warriors includes a one-way battery car and audio equipment. Participants pray at the Jiefang Street Mosque, then a night visit to the Great Tang Day Mall. After dinner, transfer to the airport for the return flight. Overnight in flight.
