On arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, participants will be greeted by local representatives before being taken to the hotel for check-in and rest. Enjoy a welcome lunch or dinner at Shirvanshah Restaurant, a traditional restaurant known for its classical atmosphere and Azerbaijani folk music. The main dish is Azerbaijani Pilaf with chestnuts and meat, a special dish rich in the aroma of saffron and spices.

After breakfast, start the tour of the charming capital of Azerbaijan. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Caspian Sea at Highland Park, then visit the landmark of world modern architecture, the Heydar Aliyev Center, the beautifully curved creation of famous architect Zaha Hadid. Next, visit the Old City (Icherisheher), a historic old town that houses the Maiden Tower, Caravanserai, and a fascinating ancient mosque. Lunch at Dolma Restaurant with main course Dolma (grape leaves with meat core), while dinner is served at Shah Garden Restaurant with delicious spicy Lamb Kebab.

Today's tour takes you to a unique location in the world — Yanardag (Mountain of Eternal Flame) where a natural fire has been burning non-stop for centuries! Next, visit the Temple of Fire Worshipers – Ateshgah, an ancient religious site that is a symbol of Azerbaijan's spiritual history. Enjoy a traditional Azerbaijani cooking class with a local chef and prepare a main dish of Lula Kebab, the popular grilled spiced minced meat. Lunch is served with your own water – an unforgettable cultural experience!

After breakfast, the journey continues towards the beautiful regions of Shamakhi and Sheki which are famous for their history and amazing landscape. Stop by Shamakhi winery to witness the manufacturing process and enjoy an Azerbaijani wine tasting session while surrounded by green vineyards. Lunch at Shamakhi with main course Saj Lamb, lamb cooked on a large aromatic iron pan. On arrival in Sheki, dinner is served at a local restaurant with a traditional dish of Piti, a slow-cooked meat soup in a clay pot.

This morning, the tour begins at the Sheki Khans Palace, an architectural masterpiece with stained glass windows and exquisite wood carvings. Next, visit the Ancient Albanian Church which preserves the early religious history of the Caucasus. Don't miss the chance to try Sheki Baklava, a honey-and-peanut-glazed dessert famous throughout Azerbaijan! After lunch, travel back to Baku to spend the night at the hotel.

Before leaving, visit the Yashil Bazaar again, the best place to buy dry fruits, traditional tea, beans and local sweets as souvenirs. Then, depart for the airport for the return flight with wonderful memories from the land of Azerbaijan.
