Upon arrival at Chiang Mai International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel by private driver. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and get settled into the city at your own pace. Chiang Mai, known as the cultural capital of Northern Thailand, offers a laid-back atmosphere and beautiful mountain scenery.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will begin your day early with a scenic transfer to Chiang Rai. Your first stop is at the Mae Khachan Hot Spring, where you can stretch your legs and observe the natural hot springs bubbling from underground. Next, you’ll visit the iconic White Temple (Wat Rong Khun), a contemporary, unconventional Buddhist temple designed by Thai artist Chalermchai Kositpipat. It is famed for its stunning white facade and intricate mirror details symbolizing the purity of the Buddha.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant before continuing to the Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten), another masterpiece of modern Thai temple design, known for its vivid blue color and elaborate artwork. The first visit is to Doi Pui Village, a Hmong hill tribe village that offers insight into the traditional way of life, with opportunities to explore the village gardens, clothing exhibits, and local crafts. Continue to the sacred Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, perched high on a mountain overlooking Chiang Mai. This revered temple, accessed via cable car, is a pilgrimage site believed to house a relic of the Buddha. Its golden stupa, beautiful murals, and panoramic views make it one of the most important landmarks in Northern Thailand. After the tour, return to the hotel and enjoy free time to shop or explore the nearby night markets and boutique shops.

After your final breakfast in Chiang Mai, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. This concludes your unforgettable journey through the cultural heart of Northern Thailand.
