Day Trip Brunei: Ulu Temburong National Park Join Group

The day begins with a hotel pick-up in Bandar Seri Begawan, followed by a scenic drive to Batang Duri Jetty via the Temburong Bridge. Spanning an impressive 30 kilometers, this is the longest bridge in Southeast Asia, offering stunning views of Brunei Bay and passing through the Labu Forest Reserve, a dense mangrove swamp teeming with wildlife. Upon reaching the jetty, you will board a traditional motorized longboat, known as a "Temuai," for a thrilling ride along the Temburong River towards Ulu Temburong National Park.

Upon arrival at the National Park Headquarters, you will register and gain access to the park. The adventure begins with a trek involving 125 steps leading to a hanging bridge, which serves as the gateway to an exhilarating climb up 1,760 wooden steps through the lush rainforest. This effort is rewarded by reaching the iconic Canopy Walkway, which towers 42 meters above the forest floor, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding tropical jungle and its vibrant biodiversity.

Next, the journey continues to a waterfall, where you can experience a unique natural fish spa—if the water conditions allow, you’ll be able to dip your feet into the clear waters while small fish gently nibble, providing a relaxing and natural exfoliation. After enjoying the tranquility of the waterfall, you will return to the eco-lodge to freshen up, enjoy a delicious local lunch, and take time to relax and capture stunning photos of the pristine rainforest.

Following the break, the return journey begins as you board the longboat back to Batang Duri Jetty, retracing your route through the river’s winding channels. From there, a comfortable road transfer takes you back across the Temburong Bridge to Bandar Seri Begawan, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, marking the end of a truly unforgettable adventure in Brunei’s first national park.
