Itinerary

Day 1
M

Gather at KLIA four hours before departure for check-in and flight matters.

On arrival in Helsinki, embark on a half-day city tour to explore the enchanting capital of Finland. Enjoy a panoramic ride with several photo stops at iconic landmarks. Visit Senate Square, a historic area with impressive architecture, and admire the beauty of Helsinki Cathedral. Next, visit the Sibelius Monument, dedicated to the famous Finnish composer, and experience the uniqueness of the Stone Church, carved directly from solid rock. Continue through the waterfront Art Nouveau architectural district, before enjoying free time to shop in the market square and boutiques on Esplanade Avenue. In the evening, participants will take the night train IC265 to Rovaniemi, which departs at 7:29pm.

Day 3

Arriving in Rovaniemi, the capital of Lapland and known as the 'Official Hometown of Santa Claus'. The tour begins with a visit to the Santa Claus Village, where participants can explore unique gift shops, visit the Santa Claus Main Post Office, and officially cross the Arctic Line. Take the opportunity to meet Santa Claus and send a postcard with the official stamp of the Arctic Line. Next, enjoy a 30-minute ride on the Rerinduan, a traditional method of transportation for the Lappish community. Witness the mesmerizing beauty of the snowy landscape while experiencing the experience of feeding nostalgia. Learn more about rerinduan farming, the generations-old traditions of the Sami community, and listen to the sharing of their life stories. Hot drinks with pulla (Finnish sweet bread) are also provided in a cozy atmosphere.

Check in to the hotel and rest for a while before getting ready for the Aurora Hunting session at the Arctic Snow Hotel, a strategic location to witness the natural phenomenon of the Northern Lights. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4

After breakfast, participants can choose to join the Snowmobile Adventure at 9:00 am (cost not included). Experience the thrill of riding a snowmobile across snowy forests and frozen lakes, the best way to explore the beauty of Lapland.

Spend free time in the city center before heading to the Husky Safari at 4:00pm. Meet energetic huskies and enjoy a sledding experience in a winter environment. Learn the training methods and daily life of these dogs in Lapland.

At 5:30 pm, the tour continues to the Arctic Snow Hotel, one of the most famous ice hotels in Finland. Explore the ice rooms, Ice Bar, Ice Restaurant, and Ice Sauna, all made of ice and snow. End the evening by enjoying a traditional Lappish dinner at Kota Restaurant before returning to the hotel for the night.

Check out and continue north through the beautiful scenery of Lapland. Stop at Levi, a famous ski resort, to enjoy some free time in this charming village. Have a King Crab Lunch before heading to Lake Inari, an important location in the Sami culture.

In Inari, visit the SIIDA Museum, which is the Finnish Sami National Museum, to understand the history, traditions, and art of the community Sami. Next, the participants will leave for Saariselkä, one of the best locations in Lapland to witness the Northern Lights. Enjoy your free time before spending the night.

Day 6

After breakfast, the journey continues north across the border to Finnmark Region, Norway. Stop at Karasjok, the capital of Norway's Monks, home to the Monks Parliament and the Monks Library. Enjoy a local halal lunch before continuing to Alta, the main destination to witness the Northern Lights. Once there, check into the hotel and take time to explore the city center or visit the Northern Light Cathedral in the evening.

Day 7
B

Start the day with a visit to the Cathedral of the Northern Light, an extraordinary piece of architecture made of titanium and concrete. Next, visit the World Heritage Rock Art Center & Alta Museum, where participants can see prehistoric rock carvings that are thousands of years old.

Stop at the Frozen Waterfall in Kåfjord to capture amazing memories. In the afternoon, enjoy free time in downtown Alta before another chance to see the Northern Lights.

Day 8
B

After breakfast, travel down the Arctic fjord to Tromsø, known as the Gateway to the Arctic. Arrive and check into the hotel before the Northern Lights hunting session at night.

The tour begins at the Polar Museum, which features the history of Norwegian Arctic exploration. Next, cross the Tromsø Bridge to see the Arctic Cathedral, an iconic landmark inspired by Monks' tents and Arctic icebergs.

Explore Tromsø Old Town, home to the largest collection of wooden houses in Northern Norway. Then, enjoy a panoramic cable car ride (subject to availability) for beautiful views of the city, fjord, and surrounding mountains. Spend some free time in the Tromsø shopping streets before the final Northern Lights hunting session.

Day 10
B

After breakfast, depart for the airport for the flight to Oslo. Spend some free time in the Norwegian capital before boarding your flight back to Kuala Lumpur.

Day 11
